1. Please note that these are BACKSTAGE links meant for Faculty members ONLY for the Producers to facilitate you into the LIVE ROOM. 

2. Please DO NOT view the conference through these links for the sessions that you are not presenting. A separate "audience link" will be sent to you via email to view the conference.

3. Please dial in using a laptop or desktop. DO NOT use your mobile phone when dialling in as faculty as you may get disconnected from the conference should you receive phone calls or text messages from your mobile device. 

4. For uniformity, we appreciate it if you could download the virtual background that was sent in the email. 

5. For stable internet connection, please use LAN connection instead of Wi-Fi if possible. We also strongly recommend that you close all background tabs and apps so that your connection is less likely to be disrupted.

6. Please also try to be in a quiet environment when dialling in so that ambient noise will not be picked up. We strongly encourage you to use wired headsets or earpiece with a microphone so that you audio will be clear, and to avoid external interference.
